Terms of Service

Effective from January 1, 2026

1. Parties

These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between TapsiStack Studio (hereinafter: "Service Provider") and its clients (hereinafter: "Client") for web development and digital services. By engaging our services, the Client accepts these terms.

2. Scope of Services

  • Website design and development (static, dynamic, e-commerce)
  • Web application and B2B portal development
  • Content management system (CMS) integration and configuration
  • Multilingual (i18n) website development
  • Performance optimization and Core Web Vitals improvement
  • Maintenance and ongoing support services

3. Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed upon the Client's signature of an individual project contract and its attached project specification. These Terms form part of all individual contracts. In the event of a conflict, the individual contract takes precedence.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees are quoted in the currency specified in the individual contract. Payment milestones are defined per project and typically follow this structure:

  • Deposit: 40% of the total project fee is due upon project commencement
  • Final payment: The remaining 60% is due upon delivery and Client acceptance

5. Intellectual Property

Upon project delivery and full payment, the Client receives full ownership of the project source code. The Service Provider retains the right to showcase the project in anonymized form in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider's liability is limited to the value of the individual project contract. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss on the Client's side, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and all individual contracts are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the courts competent at the Service Provider's registered address shall have jurisdiction.

Note: Every project is governed by an individual contract specifying the scope, timeline, and payment terms in detail. These Terms define the general framework. Questions? Reach us at: [EMAIL]
