Ultra-fast campaign landing — measurable CTA
A fictional tech conference registration landing page. One goal: maximize registrations within 30 days. Everything is subordinated to this — the copy, urgency elements, the form and performance.
The challenge
The previous year's campaign page was built in WordPress: 4+ second load time on mobile, a complicated 6-field registration form, and no countdown urgency element. Conversion rate was 1.2% of interested visitors.
The solution
Astro static landing: countdown timer (JavaScript island), 2-field registration form (name + email), social proof (past attendee logos, quotes), Lighthouse 100/100 performance. A/B-testable CTA copy as props.
Results
Demo project — for ultra-fast, simplified campaign landings like this, conversion rates typically improve to 3-6% versus 1-2% with WordPress versions, which translates directly to revenue growth.
